These NET10 Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions apply to Net10 Unlimited Plan (as defined below) and are in addition to the provisions set forth in the Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service (which can be found on at: http://www.net10.com). By enrolling in Net10 Unlimited Plan, or by allowing your credit card, or debit card information to be used for enrollment in any Net10 Unlimited Plan, you agree to be bound by these Net10 Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions, and you reaffirm your agreement to be bound by the current Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service.
Net10 reserves the right to modify these Net10 Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions at any time, and by having subsequent charges for any Net10 Unlimited Plan posted to your credit card, debit card you agree to be bound by any such modifications. The current versions of the Net10 Terms and Conditions are posted on the Net10 website at: http://www.Net10.com.
NET10 Unlimited Plan Description:
The NET10 Unlimited Plan is a Service offered by NET 10 and includes unlimited local and long distance calling and unlimited nationwide text messaging. MMS messaging and Off Network roaming calls will be charged at a rate of 10 cents per minute. Data purchased through the NET10 Data Services portal will be charged at rates listed on the NET10 Data Service informational page and is not included as part of the NET10 Unlimited Plan. The NET10 unlimited plan is not available in all areas. NET10 may modify or cancel the NET10 Unlimited Plan t any time. In the event of any modification that increases the charges associated with your NET10 Unlimited Plan, you will receive 30 days notice prior to being charged the new rate. The NET10 Unlimited Plan may not be combined with any other discount or promotion.
To enroll in the NET10 Unlimited Plan, you must have a Net10 serial number, a valid e-mail address, and a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express), or debit card from a major bank. You can enroll into the NET10 Unlimited Plan by completing all required information and clicking the "Accept" box on the enrollment page of the Net10 website, or by calling Net10's Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-8236 and providing all requested information.
Enrollments and periodic payments funded with a checking or savings account will not be effective until the payment is received by Net10 with cleared bank funds. If you have more than one Net10 handset, you will need to separately enroll each phone.
Upon enrollment into the NET10 Unlimited plan, you will lose any existing Days of Service that you currently have on your NET10 handset. Your new Service End Date will be 30 Days from the date you enrolled in the NET10 Unlimited Plan. However, you will not lose any existing Airtime Minutes that you have. These Minutes can be used for International Long Distance Services or purchase of data content via our data services platform.REPAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By enrolling in the NET10 Unlimited Plan you authorize Net10 to charge your credit card, or debit card for all fees and costs associated with your NET10 Unlimited Plan, both at the time of enrollment and at subsequent intervals in accordance with the terms of the NET10 Unlimited Plan. You will be charged the NET10 Unlimited Plan monthly price plus applicable sales tax, and other fees like E911 fees and other federal, state, and government charges. You understand and agree that Net10 will continue to post charges until you cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan account. Net10 will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your account each time a charge is posted. You may review at any time your payment history for the past six (6) months by accessing your account on the Net10 website.
You agree to pay all charges posted by Net10 in accordance with the applicable terms of your credit card, or debit card. You further agree that Net10 may assess a $10 fee, or such other fee as authorized by law, each time a NET10 Unlimited Plan payment is returned unpaid by your bank or declined by your credit card issuer.CUSTOMER INFORMATION
For purposes of identification, billing and marketing, you agree to provide Net10 at the time of enrollment your current, accurate and complete contact and billing information, including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, applicable payment information (e.g., credit card number), as well as any other necessary information Net10 may request. You agree to keep your account information current, and notify Net10 immediately of any changes in your contact and billing information. Changes to your account information may be made on the "My Account" page of the Net10 website, or by calling Net10's Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-823. All Easy Plan service communications (enrollments, payment confirmations, etc.) are sent through e-mail. Your failure to receive any e-mail communication, because the e-mail address has not been updated or for any other reason, does not relieve you from any of your obligations under these NET10 Terms and Conditions.CANCELING YOUR NET10 UNLIMITED PLAN SERVICE
You may cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan at any time, either on the Net10 website or by calling the Net10 Customer Care Center. Net10 may cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan and/or terminate your Net10 service at any time for any reason, including for non-payment, fraud, abuse of services, or illegal use of any Net10 service.
Upon cancellation of your NET10 Unlimited Plan, no additional charges will be posted to your account, except for unpaid charges and fees associated with prior charges.
It is very important that you understand that once you cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan, you will not have active NET10 service. You will need to purchase and add additional airtime units with a new due date in order to be able to use your phone once you cancel the NET10 Unlimited Plan Service.
In order to continue using your NET 10 service after your NET10 Unlimited Plan has been cancelled, you must add a NET10 Airtime card with Service Days to your phone even if you have existing minutes remaining on your phone, otherwise your phone will not have service. NET10 Unlimited Plan charges are non-refundable, and you will not receive any credit or refund for any unused service upon termination. For your protection, Net10 will not accept enrollment, cancellation, or modification of a NET10 Unlimited Plan by e-mail.LOST OR STOLEN NET10
If your Net10 is lost or stolen, notify the Net10 Customer Care Center immediately to cancel your NET10 Unlimited Plan. Charges for your NET10 Unlimited Plan will continue to be posted until your NET10 Unlimited Plan is cancelled or transferred to another Net10.UPGRADES
If you upgrade your NET10 phone while enrolled in the NET10 Unlimited plan, the NET 10 unlimited Service will NOT transfer to the new phone therefore, you will lose any existing NET10 unlimited service days that you have already paid for.ADDING AIRTIME
If you are enrolled in the NET10 Unlimited Plan, you will need to purchase and add additional Airtime in order to use certain features such as Data Services) You may purchase the additional airtime by logging onto the Net10 website or calling the Net10 Customer Care Center. You may NOT add NET 10 Airtime cards to your handset while enrolled in the NET 10 Unlimited Plan.ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Net10 is not liable to you, other users of your Net10 or NET10 Unlimited Plan, or any third party, for any failure to post, receive, process or credit a payment on your Easy Plan, failure to add or credit any airtime or due date information, or for any other claim or allegation arising out of or in any way related to your Net10 or your NET10 Unlimited Plan.CONSTRUCTION WITH NET10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These NET10 Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions supplement and are in addition to the provisions of the Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, if it is not possible to interpret the two documents consistently, the provisions of these NET10 Unlimited Plan Terms and Conditions shall govern.
