COMPLETE EASY PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Easy Plan Terms and Conditions apply to all Net10 Easy Plan (as defined below) and are in addition to the provisions set forth in the Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service (which can be found on at: http://www.net10.com). By enrolling in any Easy Plan, or by allowing your credit card, debit card, or bank account information to be used for enrollment in any Easy Plan, you agree to be bound by these Easy Plan Terms and Conditions, and you reaffirm your agreement to be bound by the current Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service.

Net10 reserves the right to modify these Easy Plan Terms and Conditions at any time, and by having subsequent charges for any Easy Plan posted to your credit card, debit card or bank account, you agree to be bound by any such modifications. The current versions of the Net10 Terms and Conditions, and the Supplemental Terms and Conditions of Service, are posted on the Net10 website at: http://www.Net10.com.   

Easy Plan Services
Net10 currently offers the following Easy Plans that provide special rates to customers who agree to have regular payments posted to their credit card, debit card, or bank account pursuant to these Terms and Conditions:

Net10 may modify the Easy Plan at any time. In the event of any modification that increases the charges associated with your Easy Plan, you will receive 30 days notice prior to being charged the new rate. Easy Plan may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. 

ENROLLMENT

To enroll in a Easy Plan, you must have a Net10 serial number, a valid e-mail address, and a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express), debit card, checking or savings account from a major bank. You can enroll in a Easy Plan by completing all required information and clicking the "Accept" box on the Easy Plan enrollment page of the Net10 website, or by calling Net10's Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-8236and providing all requested information. Enrollments and periodic payments funded with a checking or savings account will not be effective until the payment is received by Net10 with cleared bank funds.
If you have more than one Net10, you will need to separately enroll each phone.    

PREPAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in an Easy Plan, you authorize Net10 to charge your credit card, debit card, or checking or savings account for all fees and costs associated with your Easy Plan, both at the time of enrollment and at subsequent intervals in accordance with the terms of the Easy Plan you selected. You will be charged the Easy Plan price plus applicable sales tax, and other fees like E911 fees and other federal, state, and government charges. You understand and agree that Net10 will continue to post charges until you cancel your Easy Plan account. Net10 will notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address listed on your account each time a charge is posted. You may review at any time your payment history for the past six (6) months by accessing your account on the Net10 website.

You agree to pay all charges posted by Net10 in accordance with the applicable terms of your credit card, debit card or checking or savings account. You further agree that Net10 may assess a $10 fee, or such other fee as authorized by law, each time a Easy Plan payment is returned unpaid by your bank or declined by your credit card issuer.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
For purposes of identification, billing and marketing, you agree to provide Net10 at the time of enrollment your current, accurate and complete contact and billing information, including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, applicable payment data (e.g., bank account or credit card number), as well as any other information Net10 may request. You agree to keep your account information current, and notify Net10 immediately of any changes in your contact and billing information. Changes to your account information may be made on the "My Account" page of the Net10 website, or by calling Net10's Customer Care Center at 1-800-964-823. All Easy Plan service communications (enrollments, payment confirmations, etc.) are sent via e-mail. Your failure to receive any e-mail communication, because the e-mail address has not been updated or for any other reason, does not relieve you from any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. 

CANCELING YOUR EASY PLAN SERVICE
You may cancel your Easy Plan at any time, either on the Net10 website or by calling the Net10 Customer Care Center. Net10 may cancel your Easy Plan and/or terminate your Net10 service at any time for any reason, including for non-payment, fraud, abuse of services, or illegal use of any Net10 service.

Upon cancellation of your Easy Plan, no additional charges will be posted to your account, except for unpaid charges and fees associated with prior charges, however you may still use any remaining units of airtime you may have in your phone prior to their due date. Easy Plan charges are non-refundable, and you will not receive any credit or refund for any unused service upon termination. For your protection, Net10 will not accept enrollment, cancellation, or modification of any Easy Plan by e-mail.

Canceling your Easy Plan will not necessarily terminate your Net10 wireless service.  Additional airtime units and due date extensions may purchased using Net10 airtime cards or on the Net10 website. 

LOST OR STOLEN NET10
If your Net10 is lost or stolen, notify the Net10 Customer Care Center immediately to cancel your Easy Plan. Charges for your Easy Plan will continue to be posted until your Easy Plan is cancelled or transferred to another Net10.

ADDING AIRTIME
You may add additional airtime to your Net10 at any time using Net10 Airtime Cards or by logging onto the Net10 website or calling the Net10 Customer Care Center.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
Upon enrollment in a Easy Plan, you will be provided with an account password or PIN code. You agree to protect the security of your account password or PIN code, and not provide it to anyone. If you believe your password or PIN code has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to your password or PIN code without your permission, you may change it at any time by logging onto the "My Account" page on the Net10 website or by calling Net10's Customer Care Center. You authorize Net10 to provide information about, and make changes to, your account upon the direction of any person able to provide your account password, your PIN code, or any other information we deem sufficient to identify you. Net10 shall have no liability for any lack of privacy or security you may experience. For more information, see Net10's Privacy Policy posted on the Net10 website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Net10 is not liable to you, other users of your Net10 or Easy Plan, or any third party, for any failure to post, receive, process or credit a payment on your Easy Plan, failure to add or credit any airtime or due date information, or for any other claim or allegation arising out of or in any way related to your Net10 or your Easy Plan.

CONSTRUCTION WITH NET10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Easy Plan Terms and Conditions supplement and are in addition to the provisions of the Net10 Terms and Conditions of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, if it is not possible to interpret the two documents consistently, the provisions of these Easy Plan Terms and Conditions shall govern.
